I know he trying to make a fairer health system over there, whereby people can get insurance slightly simpler. But isn’t that only going about half the distance? Could he not make a NHS type health system in the US, just not with as many bosses and huge salaries. Would that work in America, or would there be too much opposition from the huge drug and insurance companies? Can someone please clarify this to me?
Just an added question, which country has the best health system?
You see, I’ve had five operations myself with the NHS, (I’m still in the child wards) and I always thought the nurses in there were very kind especially Manchester Childrens. I was watching BBC Panorama and it was interviewing Americans who were really saying that this system wasn’t really that excellent for those who were poor, couldn’t afford the costs of insurance. I know the NHS is very beaucratic but does anyone really reckon they’re excellent, I’d really like to say they are, at least to me as an individual, what does anyone else reckon?
