I didn’t watch the news last night. everybody is telling me different things. if I need to travel within the U S, do I need a passport, or just for out of the country.

I want to read or see daily reports covering the unrest there due to my having to travel there in a month.
CNN etc don’t seem to be giving the tale very much coverage.
Nowhere else I can go for extensive coverage? Particularly interested in La Ceiba and Utila

I know it is gorgeous, and would have visited 10 years ago. Lately, news about Sri Lanka make me reckon otherwise.

We were plotting on going on a trip to Cancun with my family, but Im getting numerous news about kidnappings, drugs, and killings in Mexico. Its out of control. Whats the status now?

I’ve been looking forward to going to S.Korea for a long time.
(Oh yeah, I’m going this July.)
But my parents are doubting not to go anymore because of what they supposedly heard from their co-workers and the news.
So overall, is it okay to go there?
